During the third quarter of 2024, the casual gaming landscape in Nigeria on the Android platform showcased intriguing trends across the top five games. According to data from Sensor Tower, these games demonstrated varying patterns in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

NBA 2K24 MyTEAM, published by 2K, Inc., experienced a noticeable decline in weekly revenue, starting from $4.8K in early July and tapering off to $287 by the end of September. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly, ranging from 78 to 134, while active users increased from 866 to 1.1K over the quarter.

The ever-popular Candy Crush Saga by King maintained robust performance with weekly downloads consistently in the range of 20K to 27K. Its revenue saw peaks, particularly in late August and September, reaching up to $2.3K and $2.2K, respectively. However, active users declined from 362K in July to 306K by the end of September.
